The sun was shining into Dainn's magic lab where many old magic books were kept. He put down the books and closed his tired eyes because of the bright rays coming from the sun.

'You haven’t changed.'

Dainn stood up with eyes wide open when he heard familiar voice in the corner of the room.

'Oh my queen Lir, when did you get here!?'
'It's been a while. You were concentrated too hard to recognize me.'
'I'm sorry. Forgive me.'

A pink glow mounted to his cheeks. Lir reached for him.

'Did you find something out?'
'Not yet…....'
'I see.'

Dainn and Lir looked at each other in silence. The one who broke awkward silence was Dainn.

'I'm sorry...'
'Don't say it like that. It is difficult job for anyone.'
'I'm sorry. Forgive me.'
'And I'm sorry I interrupted you. I must go now.'

Lir left the room with a smile. Dainn sighed and looked back at her. Of course Dainn understood how desperate she wanted him to find the answer.
The answer… for Eir's Rebirth.
2 years ago, after the Rigel case, Eir became a soul-less body. We needed to find a way to put her soul back into her body. Dainn, who took over Rigel's role, became the kingdoms master magician. Ever since then, he has been trying to find a way, but couldn't find the answer in any of the books.
Is this the end? Is there anything I can do? Dainn sat down which caused a pile of books on the desktop to fall. Dainn was too tired to fix it, so he just looked at it.
But suddenly a paper fluttered down in front of him.

'What's this?'

Dainn grabbed the paper. Something was written on the paper in ancient text. Dainn started to translate it unconsciously.

Vessel of Soul connects to the body with Soul of Life.

The paper was an eye-opener to Dainn. He started to read it over and over.

Dainn stood up and looked at the door that Lir went through. His heart went pit-a-pat. Finally he found the answer.

Tia suppressed her anger by compressing her lips.

'Who the heck is this guy?'

Henry was in front of her, he laughed like a hyena. He insisted that Tia go with him.
Of course Tia said 'Do you think I'm crazy? I won't follow you', but Henry, just as stubborn as Tia persisted on asking her.

'Maybe she will go if her party has arrives'

Henry thought and continued to stay. If Sieg was there she would have said 'Let’s fight!'. But she didn't want to cause trouble without Sieg.

'Where is Sieg??'

Tia blamed Sieg in vain. And she shouted at Henry sitting on weird machine chair.

'I don't want to go, I don't trust you!'
'People like you just believe in money, don't you?'
'I don't want your money, so just go before Sieg defeats you.'
'Well, I think you'd better discuss it with your party.'

Henry didn't even listen to Tia. Then should I fight him? When Tia was about to take out her sword, she heard a friendly voice calling her.

'Tia? Henry? Henry, what are you doing here?'
'Err?'
Tia looked back to where the voice was coming from. Dainn was there, she hasn’t seen him in two years.

'Dainn? What are you doing here?'
'I have a job here. By the way what is Henry doing here?'
'Haha, now you have a party! Ok Let's gets started'
'Can you just shut up?'

Tia shouted at Henry and ran to Dainn.

'Dainn!! How have you been?'
'Nice to see you again, Tia. By the way where's Sieg?'
'He's not here right now. He went to visit Dwarf King Gillin.'
‘What about Henry?'
'I don't know. He insisted that we should go back to Ancient Times. Dainn, let's defeat him and go to dinner....…'
'What!? What did you just say?'

Dainn asked seriously. He ran to Henry before Tia answered.

'Going back to Ancient Times? What do you mean?'
'Now you understand me?'
'Just explain it in detail.'

Tia was at a loss on what to do. But Dainn was very serious. Henry was excited because of Dainn's enthusiasm and explained.

'There is a job that I have to do in Ancient Times, but I can't do it by myself, so I'm trying to find extra people.'
'How can we go to Ancient Times?' 'The easiest way to see it is if you go there now! If you decide, let’s go.'
'Oh, wait a minute, Dainn. Are you sure you want to follow him?'

Tia interrupted and asked Dainn. And then Dainn just nodded his head.

'Why? Why Ancient Times?'
'I'll explain when Sieg arrives, if you won't go, I'll go by myself.'

And then he whispered to Tia in low voice.

'I found a way to save Eir.'

Tia was immobilized with shock.

'You don't have to ask Sieg about that.'

Tia laughed for a while and started to talk.

'Sieg will definitely go with us. Of course I will.'
'Thank you.'

Dainn smiled, only thing left now was Sieg’s reply. It felt like forever waiting for Sieg to return.
It was evening when Sieg came back.

'What the heck are you talking about?'

Sieg was shocked at a possibility to save Eir. Dainn skipped the complicated explanation but explained enough just to understand.

'I found out about the Vessel of Soul the other day. It's a Vessel that a soul can be put into. If we make this, we can put Eir’s soul into her body.'
'Vessel of Soul? What's that? How can we make it?'
'We need several materials. It's a stone called Soul......... But it is in Ancient Times, so we cannot find it here. That's why we should go to the Ancient Times, we must go.'
'Of course we must go! Even if I don't want to be with Henry.'

No explanation was needed. Sieg promised that he would go with Dainn. But they couldn’t just follow Henry right now. Since Henry is a master of kingdom magicians, he needed to tell Lir first. There was something Tia and Sieg had to handle.

'Okay, then let's meet at Henry's lab.'

Dainn went back to the kingdom, and Henry went back to his place. And Sieg went back to his room also. Tia left alone and looked up to a night sky.

This was the beginning of new adventure!

'…I'm going to Ancient Times.'

Dainn finished explaining and waited for Lir's response. But Lir didn't make any sound. But Dainn saw the apple of Lirs eyes trembling nervously.

'Will Sieg and Tia go together?'
'Yeah, they will.'
'Then, I'll go with you.'

Dainn raised his voice in spite of himself after listening to Lir.

'No, you can't!'
‘It’s my fault we lost Eir. I'll definitely go.'
'You will have nothing to do with this, we cannot allow you.'
'Why not?'
'Because, you're the queen of this kingdom'

Lir didn't respond. But Dainn knew she wouldn’t accept it. The apple of her eye kept trembling.

'My Queen.'

Dainn called her with his whole heart.

'I must go. You should stay here where you belong.'

Dainn left without waiting for her answer. Lir hung her head while she watched his back. She was angry because there was nothing she can do. But she couldn’t just sit there without doing anything. She gave her word that she would save Eir.

'I have arrived'

When Dainn arrived, Henry received great joy.

'Others are already waiting for you'

Sieg and Tia were sitting there, and looked very tired from waiting. Once Dainn arrived, Henry started to hurry.

'Look, I have a question for you.'

Sieg asked Henry handling mysterious machines busily.

'Why do you want to go to Ancient Times?'
'Good question. Look at this.'

Henry touched his own machines tenderly.

'Don't you think it's beautiful? But these beautiful creatures that I made do not work well because of lack of nutrition..'
'Lack of nutrition?'
'Well, they ran out of fuel.'

Tia intruded. Henry just laughed and didn't answer Tia. Then he took a look at the mysterious machines over and over, and then he took everyone under the giant loud machine.

'Strong light will pour down, so close your eyes!'

Eveyone closed their eyes and ears after that. Soon, a strong light poured down on everyone and they felt it even closing their eyes. They felt like they were falling, as if there was no ground. They cried out but it was cancelled due to the thundering noise. And then everything changed.

They opened their eyes but couldn't see anything. It took a long time to get back their sight that was exposed to the strong light. They later realized they have arrived in Ancient Times safely.
The atmosphere was different. It was a heavy and strong atmosphere.

'Are we in the Ancient Times?'

Sieg looked around with his eyes wide open to see everything around him. Everything was different with age. Mountains and trees looked so strong, they felt like they just fell into a giant's world.
Dainn and Tia got back there sight and they were both speechless.

'Yeah, it's an amazing place.'

Henry was already used to this place, he laughed at them. But his smile disappeared all of a sudden.

'Who's there!'

They turned away their eyes to look toward where Henry was looking. Someone is trying to stand up over there. Dainn almost screamed when he saw her.

'Lir? What are you doing here?'

Lir smiled with pasty complexion because of time travel. But Dainn gazed at her in blank dismay.

'You cannot just smile! Go back now!'
'No, I want to go with you.'
'No, you can't. Henry, take the queen back.'

But Henry shook his head.

'Once you’re here, there is no way to go back.'
'What do you mean? You said you already time traveled many times before.'
'It was only me at that time, since we got many people here, it's hard to get back until I find what we need. We need strong energy resources to get back.'
'Oh man, he deceived us!'
Henry was sitting calmly as if nothing had happened.

'What are you talking about? I hired you. Don't you know you cannot quit until you’re done?'
'I don't care. I won't be back.'

Lir got near them with unsteady steps.

'You cannot just exclude me from saving Eir. She's my sister.'

They couldn't help but to accept her. Sieg and Tia looked as though they were overcome with joy. Henry asked them without any care.

'Well, where are we going?'

Everyone looked at Dainn. But Dainn didn’t know anything about Ancient Times. He just let them know what he knew slowly.

‘What we are looking for is a crystal called 'Soul'. In other words, it called Jewels of Gods, there is a high possibility that a God carries it.'
'Um.. Then the thing that I’m looking for?'

Henry intruded. Then Tia gave him a fierce scowl.

‘ You don't even know where it is. Just shut up and follow us. If you're lucky we will find it.'
'As I said, we cannot get back if we cannot find a strong energy resources.'
'Let's find the Soul. The Soul is a considered a strong crystal, it might be helpful. And as we go to the Gods, we might find what Henry wants?'

Everyone agreed with Dainn's suggestion.

'The problem is how are we going to find the place where the Gods are……..?'
'I think I can help you with that.'

Lir took something out of her pocket.

'What's that?'
'It's the Jewel of Humans.'

Everyone set their mind back to Eir once they saw the jewel. Lir put the jewel on the palm of her hand, and started to focus. It looked like a faint light on her body, the jewel started to shine. The light of the jewel spread in one direction.

'A power of the Lunia Goddess is finding her.'

Dainn said. Power of Lunia Goddess which flows in the blood of Lir is trying to find its original master through the jewel.

'It's west! Hurry up.'

Sieg took the lead, and rest of them followed him. Lir was glad that she finally helped them. Dainn whispered something to her.

'You're stubborn like your sister Eir.'

Krieg eavesdropped on the conversation in spite of himself.

'So, did the kingdom’s master magician and Henry go there together? Are you sure?'
'Yes, I'm sure. Haven't you heard about the time travel device Henry made? There are many treasures in the past; they must have gone there to find them!'
'That's why people think you're a fool… Why did the master magician go there with Henry, the crazy scientist? If he needed money, he could have just asked Lir to raise his salary.'
Krieg couldn't stand up even after he finished his meal. He continued to overhear their conversation. He couldn’t trust everything that was said, but he felt a sense of truth in it.

'Dainn might be there!'

He could see Henry's dark place beyond the window. This was the place that he found while wandering all around the world. His brother was here... Krieg remembered the last day that he saw Dainn. It's been almost two years already.
2 years ago, after Sieg defeated the conspiracy of Rigel, Krieg couldn't decide whether he wanted to stay with his brother Dainn… His brother's party lost a precious person… and himself? He fought with Rigel even if it was a short while. So they just separated after that and Krieg kept wandering all around the world.

'But why is Dainn here?'

Dainn must be here on a very important mission, not just for money.

'Um......'

He realized that Dainn was looking for a way to renew a soul through rebirth. If so, Dainn must have joined Henry without any hesitation. It must be! Once he made sure, another thought came to his mind.

Let's go. Let's follow him.

He couldn't forget his mistake even though he had been wandering for 2 years. Because what’s been done cannot be undone. Dainn went to back to the Ancient Times to save Eir, there might be something that he can do to help Dainn. So Krieg couldn't sit there anymore. He started to run towards Henry's machine castle outside the restaurant.

There weren’t a lot of people in Henry's house. Most of things in the house were machines.

'I'm sorry, but Henry is not here now......'
'Yes, I know. So I’m asking you to bring me to Henry'
'No!!! You cannot just enter!'

Henry’s assistant tried to stop him. But he just entered anyways.

'I cannot believe everyone’s causing trouble when Henry is not here!'

Krieg heard the assistant’s voice. ‘Everybody!?’ Krieg looked back and asked.

'Other people have already came here and caused a ruckus! What was I supposed to do?'

Krieg’s question was answered before even asking. He saw a familiar face inside.

'Dacy?'

The little girl was carrying a big sword, sitting between the giant machines. The girl shouted at Krieg with surprise.

'Krieg!'
'How did you get here?'
'I have something to give Sieg, so I went to the warriors group, they said Sieg is here'

It was not necessary to ask about Sieg. The beautiful sword was not for a little girl like Dacy. Krieg nodded his head and looked back to Henry’s assistant.

'Are you sure you don't want us to know where Henry is?'
'No, that’s not the problem......'
'If it's not, send us to him.'
'Are you sure that you won't regret it? You can’t hold me responsible.'
‘Just send us.'

The assistant walked towards the machines.

'Please step on the letters written on the floor. Close your eyes and ears. OK, I'll start.'

Krieg took Dacy and stepped on the written letters on the ground. The machines started to move and the assistant counted. One, two, three! And then, a stream of radiant light poured down. Krieg thought... Is this time travel? And then everything faded out.

'Damn it!'

Sieg wielded his sword saying disdainfully.

'What kind of a dense forest is that?’

Tia cleaved a path through the dense forest by cutting a vine with her dagger.
There was no one in Ancient Times who can make a path at least. So it was not that easy to cleave a path through the dense forest.

'Ok, shall we take a rest?'

As Dainn suggested, everyone plumped down on the ground. Everyone broke out in sweat and they couldn’t breathe because the air was so different in Ancient Times.

'Can we get there by today?'

Sieg asked. Lir took the jewel out of her pocket to see how close they were to their destination. The light became more brilliant, we’re getting close!

'Let’s not rush. You can’t expect to reach our destination so quickly.'

No one responded to Henry, but everyone stood up to get ready to camp. The distance was definitely not a day’s length.
Night came. Everyone fell fast asleep, but Lir couldn’t. It was the first time she had to sleep on the ground; it was her first time walking while the dews fell. It was also her first time sleeping looking up at the Moon.
There was a Moon in the middle of the sky. It was blue and much lighter than she had imagined. Lir was seized with a strange feeling, bringing to mind the power she got from the Moon. It felt like she was looking at a second mother. She stood up quietly and then she concentrated the power from her family line on the jewel. The jewel shined and pointed to the same direction. The light was bright, swinging, and tumbling nervously and finally went away. Then a strong storm of power hit them all of a sudden.

'Ahh~~!'

Lir was trying to defend herself, but it was no use, however the protection shield Lir made before everyone fall asleep protected them. Everyone got up.

'Who’s there!'

Sieg shouted as he withdrew his sword, but he couldn’t find the enemy. It was not easy for Dainn to concentrate and figure out where the attacks came from. There was no second attack. Henry said, helping Lir to her feet.

'We cannot sleep tonight.'

So they gave up sleeping and decided to keep walking. Lir couldn’t complain even if she stayed up all night. The jewel pointed towards the direction, it was like a lamplight of a dark street.
The night was long and everyone kept walking. They could finally see the end of the light.

'Here we are.'

The place they arrived at was a giant altar that was laid in stones. It was just pile of stones under the blue moonlight.

'Oh, my Goddess.'

Lir stepped forth and called the Goddess of Lunia. As she stepped on the altar, her body color changed to blue.

'Please, help us. Please appear.'

Lir was then colored white, whether it was the moonlight or Lir’s power, Everyone looked at her from behind.
Suddenly a storm of power emerged. It was just the wind, but it grew stronger and surrounded the altar. Watching the storm growing, sensitive Tia winked her brow.

'Weird?'

She said during the tense situation.

'This is the wind that attacked us before!'
'Lir!'

Sieg leaped to take down Lir from the altar. As soon as he took her down, a great power that a human body would not be able to live through attacked the spot where Lir was standing. If she had been there, she would have been dust. Suddenly, The Goddess of Lunia descended upon them with a radiant light.

'Who are you? Who dare calls upon my name?'

she was beautiful, and had a commanding voice. Dainn remembered the story about the Goddess of Lunia that he wrote a long time ago. She was far from the Goddess of Lunia that Dainn had imagined on Rigel’s case. Bright lights surrounded her, but it didn’t hide her angry face. Her angry face was too scary for them.

'How dare you called me! Who are you? Half God? You must be purged of sin'

She was furious and seemed as though she didn’t want to listen to any excuses. So they had no choice but to prepare for battle.

'is it our destiny to fight a Goddess? '

Tia took her sword out, complaining. The rest of them took their weapons out. And another strong power attacked them.

'No!'

Lir made a protective layer around them. Right after they repelled the attack, Sieg went forward and flourished his sword.

'How dare you!'

But it didn’t work; Sieg was flung into a wall. Soon after Sieg, Dainn threw a fire bomb, which also didn’t work.

'Tia! Attack her!'

Sieg ran behind the Goddess, shouting. Before the Goddess stopped him, Tia tied her throwing daggers in a row. At that time, Sieg gave a downright blow with his sword with all of his might.

'It’s not working!'

The Goddess raised her arms and lowered it quickly, then a large number of light arrows poured down as she motioned.br]
'Oh, my god!'

Dainn blocked the arrows around him in a flurry as he raised the ground. But Sieg couldn’t repel all the arrows, helpless, he tried to stop them but received a wound.

'Aaaaah!'
'Sieg!'

Lir healed his wound, calling his name. But she couldn’t hide her trembling feeling, she cried out to the Goddess.

'Why are you doing this? We need your help Goddess of Lunia. Don’t you save your people?'
'It doesn’t work, Lir, Lunia Goddess didn’t make humans in Ancient Times. We’re here now'

Dainn aimed his staff to the Goddess, saying to Lir.

'She’s under hallucination, we need to defeat her!'
'But everyone will get hurt!'

Lir went forward as if she decided something. And she released her saint power she obtained from the Lunia Goddess out in the air. Lir was surrounded with a radiant light exactly like the light glowing from the body of Lunia’s Goddess, the light spread everywhere.
That was, indeed a young Lunia Goddess. As soon as Lunia’s Goddess saw her, she stopped attacking and looked at her.

'Who the hell are you?'
'We’re humans. We’re your handy-work'

Lir told her, stepping forward towards the Goddess.

'I didn’t created you.'
'You will. We came from the future '
'What are you talking about? Future?!'
'Look, This power was given to me from you '

Lir turned pale, because she used a lot of her power, she tried to persuade the Goddess as soon as possible. Lir reached the altar where the Goddess stood and supplicated desperately.

'Goddess, please. Please listen to our story. Please don’t be angry.....'

Lir sank down on the ground. Tia ran to Lir, Dainn didn’t take back his staff that aimed the Goddess. The Goddess ceased her attack and took a look at them.

'You look like me, indeed.'

Finally, after their desperate attempts, the Goddess accepted. She removed her radiant light and stood in front of them.

'OK, tell me, humans. Who you are, and why have you called me? If you’re my creation, I’ll definitely protect you.'
